Terms and Conditions for Fleet Tide Adventures
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services provided by Fleet Tide Adventures. By using our website or booking a tour with us, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. General Terms
• Fleet Tide Adventures offers ecotourism services, including dolphin tours and fossil tours, under the terms outlined in this agreement.
• We reserve the right to change or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, and such changes will take effect immediately upon posting to this page.
2. Booking and Payment
• All bookings must be made through our website via Wix at fleettideadventures.com
• Payment is due at the time of booking. We accept payment via credit/debit, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Paypal,
• You must be at least 18 years old to book a tour. If you are booking for a group, you are responsible for ensuring that all participants are of appropriate age and health to participate.
3. Cancellation Policy
• Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled tour will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the tour are non-refundable.
• No-shows will not be eligible for a refund.
• In case of inclement weather or unsafe conditions, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule tours. In such cases, guests will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
4. Liability and Assumption of Risk
• By booking a tour with Fleet Tide Adventures, you acknowledge and accept that ecotourism activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to exposure to weather, wildlife, and water conditions. You agree to participate at your own risk.
• Fleet Tide Adventures is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during the tour, unless caused by our gross negligence.
5. Health and Safety
• All participants must be in suitable physical condition for the tour. You agree to follow the instructions of your guide and the captain at all times.
• We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual who appears to be intoxicated, under the influence of drugs, or otherwise disruptive to the safety of the tour.
6. Personal Property
• Fleet Tide Adventures is not responsible for lost or damaged personal property during tours.
• Guests are encouraged to bring only necessary personal items. We recommend using secure, water-resistant bags for valuables.
7. Use of Content
• Any photographs, videos, or other content created during a tour are the property of Fleet Tide Adventures. By booking a tour, you grant us permission to use such content for marketing and promotional purposes, including social media and advertising, without compensation.
8. Privacy Policy

9. Governing Law
• These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of South Carolina/Charleston County, and any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate jurisdiction.
